1. Shipping Coverage

We only ship to the Contiguous United States (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported. No international shipping available.

2. Shipping Cost

All orders qualify for 100% free standard shipping. No hidden delivery fees.

3. Order Processing Time

In-stock orders take 1–2 business days to process (excluding weekends & US holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST ship the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery

Total delivery time: 5–7 business days (processing + transit). Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once dispatched.

5. Carrier & Tracking

Shipments are delivered via USPS/UPS. Full tracking is provided for every order.

6. Delivery Exceptions

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather or incorrect customer shipping addresses.
